Abraham Zambrana

Abraham Zambrana, learned saddlery techniques by working on horse saddles, headpieces, and zajones. He has been awarded the national prize Premano 2018 as well as the Zambrana City of Jerez prize. For him, facing a new and different project, even if it’s quite a challenge, is an enriching experience as well as fun. The shape of a matador’s fundón (a sort of sheath) this work is inspired by the close relationship that Picasso maintained with the world of bullfighting.
