Jose Luis Bazán

José-Luis Bazán is the son and grandson of leather artisans. Since he was a child, he has learned to express himself by working on this material, applying techniques learned from his elders, and inventing new techniques. He is inspired by nature and the Jazz he listens to while working, letting his creativity flow without worrying about the usefulness of the objects that he makes with his hands. Jose Luis Bazán is a great master craftsman and won the 2021 Spanish National Crafts Prize.
